One of the rooms on the ground floor faces south and east, and it has a window overlooking the courtyard, along with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor. The property has electric heating. The upper floor consists of an interconnecting room with a bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Another room on this level has a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third room on the upper floor has sloping ceilings and a bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
