The property benefits from a residential setting with a peaceful, elevated position on a slope, offering a tranquil atmosphere away from the bustle while remaining well connected to the surrounding area. Guests have access to reliable Internet Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring seamless connectivity during their stay. Parking is generously provided, with space for up to 4 cars on the private grounds as well as a single garage located directly at the house.

From this level, you have direct access to a balcony. The floor features 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds. The open kitchen on this level is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom facilities on this floor include a bath with bidet and WC, as well as a separate shower with WC. Heating on this floor is provided by a gas system.

On the lower ground floor, you will enjoy a second open-plan living and dining area featuring a decorative open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. This level offers 2 additional double bedrooms and an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar area.
