Casa Osmanto L is a cozy and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Osmanto L you will enjoy a spellbinding view of Lake Como. Casa Osmanto L is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Vercana, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the local bus and the beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
Casa Osmanto L is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area by way of an elevator.
To stay at Casa Osmanto L, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 10 pm.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of Lake Como. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden along an external stairway. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The wellness room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The wellness room is open all year round, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garage. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of Lake Como. Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include two leather sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The two dining tables can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the lake.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a second patio through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window which overlooks the back of the house.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
