Loved the location in the Triana area enjoying the local culture and a short walk to everything. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed.Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lots of construction in the neighborhood so it took us a while to find the apartment because of the number of detours. Lot of one-way streets so we were going around in circles.Found it confusing how to get into the building for the first time but that may have been my fault as it was the first time dealing with this buyer. They were very prompt responding to any questions that we had.Apartment was clean and comfortable.

The service and communication was great! We had to check in late because our train was delayed and there was someone there to help us check in and provide all info! The location is a bit far from the main areas of Seville - but we knew that was the case. Still a good spot to stay, lots of restaurants and markets around. The apartment is big, 2 bedrooms and a large living room but could use a bit of upkeep. There is dust, stains in some areas and a few doors on cabinets in the kitchen are falling off. The shower is uncomfortable since you can’t move the handle unless you hold it annd honestly our biggest issue was that. Overall not a bad stay, with a little bit of upkeep it would be 5 stars! The host overall was great and I would recommend for people who need a safe and comfortable place to sleep but maybe not spend the full day.

Well appointed, close to everything. Check in process was easy, key access etc. 5 min walk to bridge, 15 min tops to the center of everything!!

Excellent unit, clean and bright. Once we got the parking information (get the video) we were settled and could easily walk to all the sights. Make sure you get all the videos (they forgot the parking videos), the property mgmt company is a little bit of a challenge to communicate with, in the end it was worth it.

Das Apartment ist eine angenehme und sehr gut funktionierende Unterkunft in sehr praktischer Lage (wenn man keine Problem damit hat, ca. 15 Min bis in die Altstadt zu laufen).Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer erlauben eine gute Trennung von Eltern und Kindern. Die Küche wurde von uns nicht zum Kochen genutzt, wirkte aber gut ausgestattet und wer wirklich eine Küche braucht, sollte damit gut klar kommen. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig.Ein für uns sehr angenehmer Punkt war der kleine Platz direkt neben dem Haus, an dem es zwei Kaffees / Restaurants gibt, bei denen man gut Frühstücken und auf dem ruhigen Platz draußen sitzen kann. Uns gefiel das Paralanchín besonders gut.Wir konnten jeden Tag einen Parkplatz vor der Tür finden - auch wenn es manchmal der einzige noch freie war. Da man bei Bedarf für einen Tagespreis in die Garage fahren kann, ohne das vorher buchen zu müssen, kann man flexibel entscheiden.Für uns war auch der zeitlich unabhängige "check-in" gut, der über einen Türcode funktioniert. Damit ist auch eine nächtliche Ankunft unproblematisch.

Muy cómodo y acogedor el apartamento, luminoso y bien equipado para pasar los 4un buen fin de semana

Fue muy fácil todo con los videos explicativos. Tuvimos mucho tráfico en el viaje y tardamos en llegar, pero estuvimos en contacto en todo momento con el anfitrión que no nos puso ningún problema y quiso que le avisáramos cuando ya estuviéramos dentro de la vivienda con el coche aparcado. El barrio está lleno de cafeterías y sitios para poder tapear por lo que pudimos ir a cenar tranquilamente.

Bel appartement bien placé

Malgré le procédure compliqué d’accès à l'appartement et le bruit des voisins nous avons apprécié le quartier avec ses places de parking gratuites, la décoration, la propreté des lieux. Il serait parfait s'il y avait un micro-onde, un grille pain, quelques condiments, un sèche cheveux, un meuble dans la salle de bain et du papier toilette. Nous reviendrons probablement.
