About Brenda Dacus
Fred and I owned a real estate company in our hometown of Jonesboro, AR for 40 plus years. We have always invested in rental property in Jonesboro, yet always dreamed of investing in the 30A area one day. We now own and manage three properties that are located within a two block area of Santa Rosa Beach.

Why Brenda Dacus chose Santa Rosa Beach
Our family has enjoyed vacationing in the 30A area for many years and always looked forward to return visits. Our children now bring their families, so the tradition continues. We rented properties in Destin, Panama City Beach, and all along 30A but especially enjoyed times spent at Santa Rosa Beach. When we decided to purchase property in the area, we focused on finding something in the area we enjoyed the most.
What makes this Condo unique
The complex is a gated, low-rise, four story building with only 36 units; many occupied full time by owners. Located on the west end of 30A, the beach is less crowded and the area offers a more relaxing atmosphere from which to enjoy one of the best beaches along the strip. Our guests love the Olympic-size pool, spa, cook-out area and on-site gym. But I especially love the large balcony and the views we have from being on the third floor. I could spend hours there and have guests that say the same. I also appreciate being able to walk to restaurants and shops that are nearby and very special.
