Villa on Historic Dordogne

Contemporary house for 8 people, with air conditioning, private heated swimming pool and panoramic views of the golf course and châteaux of the Domaine d'Essendiéras in the Dordogne.

La Dorioterie is a single-storey property offering a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace. It has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including a family room with bunk beds. Outside, the private heated swimming pool is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the exceptional view. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort throughout the year.

Ideal for stays with family or friends, La Dorioterie combines modern comfort and an idyllic setting for an unforgettable experience in Périgord.

Please take note of the new description, as the old one was incorrect and referred to 4 bedrooms when there are only 3.
