The holiday home in Rosbachtal offers a lot of comfort and a great outdoor wellness oasis. A wood-fired outdoor sauna barrel for crackling, feel-good warmth, large enough for up to 6 people
A large wood-heated hot tube for up to 6 people, for pure relaxation in the warm water. There is also an outside shower. The house is ideal for 2 families.
The house from top to bottom. There are two bedrooms in the attic. One with a double bed 230 x 200 cm, the second with two single beds 100 x 200 cm.
First floor, one bedroom large, with a view of the Rosbach and a 160 x 200cm bed.
Balcony for a quick cigarette or a leisurely breakfast.
The great living room with 65 inch TV, open kitchen and cozy dining area. As well as the bathroom with tub and washbasin. There is a separate entrance to the 1st floor. Toilet with sink.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed 200 x 200 cm.

Hallway and storage room with laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.
And best of all, a party room with a huge corner bench for up to 10 people. a 60 inch TV for wonderful football evenings.
A double party sink with 2 large refrigerators and, if desired, a barrel of beer flow cooling/dispensing system for a successful party. Simply great for a cozy get-together.
1 shower with toilet and sink.
Anteroom house entrance for parking. The garden is fenced with 120 cm wire mesh. We welcome dogs of any breed or number.
We put a lot of love and sweat into the renovation to make the holiday home something special. On all of our many trips we always had the same problems... beds that were sagging, sofas that were small and sagging, mini TVs that you couldn't see anything on. As well as kitchen equipment where it was impossible to cook something good. That's why we try to do better in our country house.
