There are two rooms with sloping ceilings, each with a ceiling height ranging from 200 to 300 centimeters, and each room is equipped with a French bed (160 centimeters wide and 200 centimeters long) and air conditioning. These rooms provide access to the balcony. Additionally, there is another room with sloping ceilings, a ceiling height of 170 to 250 centimeters, and a French bed of the same dimensions.

The open kitchen boasts sloping ceilings with a height of 200 to 300 centimeters and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms with toilets.
