It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), one small double bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and four gas rings. The kitchen has an exit leading to a terrace. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet. The apartment is heated with gas, and heating is available only from November 1st to April 8th.
