"Luz" is a spacious and luminous villa of 651 m2 spread across 3 levels, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property combines practical and tasteful furnishings throughout, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere at every level.

On the main level, you will find a lounge area featuring a digital TV with a flat screen, along with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A separate living and dining room, equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, also opens onto the terrace and pool area. The open-plan kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. Capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available as an extra. This kitchen area likewise provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. An additional living and dining room with a dining table and a kitchen corner is also present on this level, complemented by a lounge with a digital TV.

On the lower ground floor, you will discover a lounge with a digital TV, a flat screen, and a Home cinema setup. This level also features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private shower and WC, as well as a digital TV.
