Upon entering, you are welcomed by a renovated entrance hall that leads into a bright and inviting living and dining room, furnished with 1 sofabed, a television, and a heating stove. From the living area, you have direct access to a 3 m2 balcony equipped with balcony furniture and 1 deck chair, perfect for enjoying the surrounding scenery. The 1 double bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed and 1 set of bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 guests in total, and offers a private exit to the veranda. The compact yet fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the veranda and includes an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own television set. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment also benefits from a conservatory, adding an additional layer of comfort and light to the living space.
