Villa Palma is located in the fishing village of Molunat, south of Dubrovnik. This impressive rustic villa is surrounded by a variety of Mediterranean plants and trees, whose enchanting scents mingle with the scent of the sea, creating an ideal atmosphere for the most relaxing vacation. In the courtyard of the villa you will find an infinity pool with a view of the blue Adriatic and a beautiful outdoor area for relaxation, while the interior is decorated with many original details in a rustic style. It is designed for 8 guests.



The interior of the villa covers 450 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open concept space bathed in natural sunlight. It consists of a relaxation area as well as a dining and cooking area. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. Thanks to the large windows and glass doors that run the length of the wall, you will have a constant view of the sea even while cooking. There are 4 guest toilets in the villa. All rooms are air conditioned to keep you cool on hot summer days.



The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have double beds for maximum comfort, wardrobes for storing clothes and SAT TV. 2 rooms have access to their own balconies with views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, hairdryers and toiletries.



The real magic awaits you in the courtyard of the villa, which covers an impressive 45,000 m² and includes a private beach located at the foot of the villa. On the beach, in addition to deck chairs, you will find a natural saltwater pool, ideal for families with children. If you prefer to stay exclusively in the courtyard of the villa, you won't miss a thing. An infinity pool, several relaxation areas, an alfresco dining area and a barbecue area are waiting to be enjoyed. And while you are relaxing, others will be busy making your stay even more enjoyable. As part of the concierge service, you can choose a private chef, massage, home delivery, transportation...
