Welcome travellers to our stunning penthouse nestled in the heart of Luqa! Boasting 2 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, our spacious retreat takes up to 7 guests, making it perfect for groups seeking a memorable getaway.

As the sun sets, venture out onto our lovely private terrace with outdoor furniture & enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the landscape!

Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, dining/ living area and 2 large bedrooms making it perfect for any type of stay.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Living area| : The spacious living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features a comfortable sofa and a TV for your entertainment.

Step out onto your private terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can relax and take in the stunning view. It's the perfect spot for dining or simply unwinding with a picturesque view. The terrace is also equipped with a dining area and loungers.

Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, and cutlery, offering everything our guests need to prepare fantastic meals. Perfect for both short and long-term stays.

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed while the other bedroom includes 4 single beds. For over and above 6 guests, sofa bed can be used for another extra person (linen and towels will be provided).

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one having a bathtub while the other includes a shower.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

1. Shower gels
2. Liquid Soap
3. Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
4. Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
5. Garbage bags
6. Linens for the bed
7. 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
