You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 38 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The apartment was recently renovated in 2022 and features comfortable furnishings. The living room is equipped with two sofa beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), a TV, and a flat screen. There is also an exit to the terrace from the living room. One of the rooms has a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), while the other smaller room has a bunk bed (80 cm, length 190 cm) with one bed on top of the other. The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment comes with a bath/WC, electric heating, air-conditioning, and forced-air heating for your comfort during your vacation. The terrace is roofed and faces a south-facing position, providing a view of the swimming pool and golf course. Outdoor terrace furniture is available for your use.
