A bright and warm cottage located within walking distance of the popular Oadby village.
A large double bedroom, a luxury duvet and extra blankets. A spacious bathroom with shower & bath.
A fully equipped kitchen with WM, microwave, air fryer & everything you need to cook & share a meal, make a fresh coffee and enjoy a glass of wine.
The small & cosy lounge has new stylish decor, sofa, Smart TV and a selection of books, puzzles and board games.
There is a small private yard to the rear, with table & chairs and line.
It’s a cute and compact cottage dating back to 1860s.
Ideal for a single person or couple wanting to rest, take a break, or live in-between house sales; it’s warm, clean, cosy, and convenient to the village and wider community of Oadby.
It’s a great location for Oadby village, which is just a short walk. The A6 (London Road) and is on the hospital hopper bus route too.
Stylish fresh decor, with soft furnishings to add a little extra and everything we think you’ll need to not worry about anything else, with a few home comforts as well.
Please note, The stair case is typically narrow for this period property and may not suit those with accessibility constraints.

Oven and hob with grill, a air fryer and a fridge freezer.

Restaurants and bars also close by, including an authentic recommended and buzzing Italian and Indian too.
Walking distance to the village, where many shops are including barbers and beauty and hair salons, a post office, library plus charity shops as well. The church and park are walking distance as well.
The cottage has had the Spring touches recently added; a new air fryer, blankets and new lamps.
Linens and towels are were upgraded in December too.
Local gyms include The Gym Group and Everyone Active.
