The newly decorated top-floor apartment blends modernity with comfort, giving you a quiet, peaceful retreat from the bustling streets below.

Just a few minutes walk from the action of Shoreditch, Hoxton and Old Street, come and explore all London has to offer.
The space
Our property includes a master bedroom, separate bathroom, a living / dining area, plus a kitchen.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom: 1 cozy double bed with a brand new Emma memory foam mattress, plus soft bedding and plush pillows to ensure a good night's rest.

- Living Room: 1 sofa bed in the living area to sleep 1 more person comfortably, or 2 if cozy! Additional bedding and blankets are provided.

Kitchen:
- The fully stocked kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, cookware and a washer/dryer.

- A local Sainsbury's supermarket is conveniently situated right outside, or you can check out some of the local farmer's markets!

Living + Dining:
- The reception features a large sofa, a dining table with up to 4 seats, plus a wall mounted TV.

Bathroom:
- The modern and airy bathroom includes a large tub and shower, skylight, and clean towels provided.

Amenities:
- The flat comes with all the modern conveniences for your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole apartment.

We only ask that you keep the locked cupboard in the hallway private which is reserved for our cleaning staff.
Other things to note
Please note, there is no elevator in the building.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by stairs.
