Soft morning light filters through tall windows as you stir a fresh Nespresso in the open-plan living space, the city slowly waking beyond. The sounds of Manchester’s Northern Quarter drift through the air - the hum of cafés, the rhythm of footsteps, the pulse of creative energy. Here, at Bauhaus at The Heim Residences, you find a retreat that keeps you close to everything yet comfortably grounded in its own rhythm.
Sleeping arrangements
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms invite rest and privacy. Two feature king-size beds, and one offers a double bed, all dressed with fresh linens, blackout blinds, and ample storage. Each room provides a quiet escape after a full day in the city, whether you’re returning from a concert at Band on the Wall or a dinner in Ancoats.
Living and dining
The townhouse ’s open-plan layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a natural flow for gathering. A large, comfortable sofa faces a TV with streaming services, perfect for a relaxed evening indoors. The adjoining dining area seats eight, encouraging slow meals and easy conversation beneath soft light and exposed textures that echo the property’s industrial-inspired design.
Kitchen and amenities
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and hot water kettle. Brew coffee with the Nespresso machine before stepping out to explore, or prepare a simple meal using the cooking basics provided. A free washer and dryer in-unit make long stays seamless, and complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, and milk are ready upon arrival.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms provide thoughtful comfort - one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub. Both are stocked with bathroom essentials and kept bright and clean for a refreshing start or soothing end to each day.

A dedicated workspace with fast WiFi is available in a common area, making it easy to stay productive or plan your next outing. Portable fans and central heating ensure comfort year-round.
Safety and access
For peace of mind, the property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. A front-door security camera and noise decibel monitor are in place for safety - these devices do not record sound, only levels. Access is through a private entrance, and paid parking is available off premises.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

There is a public pay and display car park located adjacent to building - charges may apply. Piccadilly Gardens metro station is 7 minutes walk, Victoria train and metro station is 15 minutes walk and Piccadilly train station is 12 minutes walk

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
