Guest Access
You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, throughout your stay. This is located on the second floor of this new Grade 2 listed building.
Other things to note:
Please be aware that there are minor works, ongoing on the ground floor and parking area of this brand new building. However, rest assured, your stay in the apartment will remain undisturbed. The apartment itself is immaculate.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-party policy in place.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book, unless accompanied by parents.
Prior to check-in, guests are required to verify their identification and e-sign the rental agreement, which will be sent electronically.
A £250 security deposit is necessary before check-in information is provided. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
Check-in time are from 3pm, and checkout time is by 10am.
Please note that there are additional charges for early check-ins or late checkouts.
