4 years ago we moved to Nidderdale having lived in the South of England and were blown away by the beauty and peace of the Yorkshire Dales. We are keen to share this experience with others.

We have the most amazing views down of Nidderdale being perched up on the edge of the village of Middlesmoor
What makes this property unique
This studio apartment is part of the cottage built in the 17th century, it’s on the ground floor separated from the main house by an old stone stairwell. It is small but cost and ideal base after an active day walking or sight seeing in the Dales.
The views on our cover photo are just 20 metres from your front door.
We are passionate about the local wildlife and you will see a wealth of garden birds which regularly feed on our bird-feeders around the property.
A 1-2 minute walk takes you up to the local pub open 7 days a week.
There are multiple walks from the property in all directions either up on to the moorland or down into the Nidderdale Valley
