Air-conditioning is available in some parts of the villa including the open plan living and dining areas, master suite and two other bedrooms. Fans are available in other areas if required.The front door opens into an open hallway with the open plan living area straight ahead. To the right is a corridor leading to the bedrooms and the 1st floor.The attractive and stylish open-plan living area is air-conditioned and has three sections. The fully equipped kitchen features a large central island with 4-ring hob and double sinks. There is also an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.The dining area is next to the kitchen and has a beautiful rustic style solid wood dining table and chairs seating up to 8 guests.The lounge area is spacious but cosy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful views over the garden. This area is stylishly furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, some pouffes and a coffee table. There is a Smart TV, music system and an attractive fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings. There is the option to close off the lounge from the dining area with large sliding doors.A door off the living room accesses stairs leading down to the gardens, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.The hallway has access to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the end of the hallway, a few steps lead up to a quadruple bedroom with A/C. There is a trampoline and basketball net in the garden. Guests can also enjoy a game of pool in the entertainment room situated at the rear of the summer kitchen.The community facilities of Mas Mestre are literally on the doorstop and include a football pitch, public tennis courts and large seasonal outdoor swimming pool with bar and café area. The adjacent Garraf Natural Park offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, cycling, hiking, and pony trekking while all types of water-based activities are available in Sitges.There is off street parking for up to 8 cars including a covered carport.We will check you in personally and take your details required by Catalan Law and we will give you a 24 hour telephone number for emergencies.- There is partial A/C coverage in the villa. Spaces with A/C include the lounge and dining areas, master suite and 2 of the other bedrooms.
