Casa Els Cards is a delightful holiday home designed in classic rustic Catalan farmhouse style, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas.



The house features a lovely 8m x 3m private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and makes an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.



Between the pool and the house is the outdoor dining table with the BBQ located close by.



Casa Els Cards is only a 2 minute scenic drive by beautiful vineyards to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges



The accommodation at Casa Els Cards is conveniently distributed on one level. The property is entered via the front gate into a large courtyard newly tiled and planted. This leads to the entrance of the house that takes you into the bright and open plan living space, offering a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area and living room.



The lounge area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and a large smart TV.



This area has two ceiling fans and air conditioning.



To the left of the dining area is the first of the three bathrooms, and to the right is the first of the 3 bedrooms. The master suite and the double bedroom are located off the hallway leading off the open plan area.



Casa Els Cards can sleep 8 guests in 3 bright bedrooms and 3 bathrooms arranged as follows;



BEDROOMS



Bedroom 1 – Master Suite - Double bedroom, wardrobe & ceiling fans and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, wardrobe & ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with small wardrobe.



Living Room – Double sofa bed for a further 2 little guests.



BATHROOMS



Bathroom One – bath & shower with bidet, washbasin & toilet.

Bathroom Two – shower, washbasin & toilet.

Bathroom Three - Ensuite to Master - Shower, washbasin and toilet.





GARDEN AND POOL AREA

Casa Els Cards is positioned in the middle of 700sqm of terraces and gardens. To the right of the house is the centerpiece of the garden, the 8m x 4m newly constructed swimming pool surrounded by plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing.



To the left of the pool tucked away under the palm trees is a shady pergola with comfortable lounge area.



Between the pool and the house is the outdoor dining table with the BBQ located close by



There is unlimited and free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.

Quiet residential area



A car would be required, but its a short drive to Sitges and the beaches - Restaurant within walking distance at weekends.



Despite its peaceful location, Casa Els Cards is only a 2 minute scenic drive by beautiful vineyards to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches.



The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.



There is also a supermarket and food hall within a 15 minute walk.
