The Melograno cottage is surrounded by the greenery of the centuries-old olive trees of the Casa Maria farm.
From its large windows, the gaze sweeps over the beautiful surrounding hilly countryside.
From the cottage our guests can easily reach the most characteristic places of the Maremma: visit its ancient villages and seaside resorts, relax on the beaches, go trekking in its famous regional park and reinvigorate themselves at the Terme di Saturnia.

The cottage has been totaly renewed, has a large size, an exposed ceiling with chestnut beams and is equipped with every comfort. It consists of a large studio apartment with 4 beds and a well-equipped kitchen, a wardrobe room and a large bathroom with shower. Outside there is a private area with table and benches where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular Maremma sunsets.

The cottage is easily accessed from the provincial road and, once you enter the property, you are surrounded by olive trees, flowers and the scents of the Mediterranean garden.
