Are you looking for a comfortable apartment for up to 4 people with the beach and all amenities in the immediate vincinity? Then look no further! This apartment is a step away from the Arenal beach, the sandy beach with it´s promenade. It is close enough for a pleasant walk and far enough to feel free from the summer hustle and bustle.
This lovely apartment is brand new and comfortable furnished, located on the first floot with lift in a new built modern complex. It comes with a covered private parking space on the urbanisation behind an electric gate.
At entering the apartment is a small entrance hall with on the right hand sliding doors to an open cozy living room with a dining table and a modern full equipped kitchen.
Fropm this area the covered terrace is accessed which offers a good space with a relaxing lounge seating and a table for breakfast or dinner. The terrace is South/Sout-East facing which makes it a great place to enjoy the morning/midday sun!
On the left hand upon entering are the bedrooms. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single beds (90x180). The master bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom and the other bedroom has the bathroom directly opposite to it. Both have a comfortable walk-in rain shower, a wash basin and toilet.
A spacious open terrace can be accessed from each bedroom with views at the Montgó mountain. Here you´ll find a outdoor seating and two sunbeds with a parasol.
The entire apartment is equipped with electric shutters, ducted hot and cold air conditioning and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
In addition, high speed fibre optic internet allows you to using your national app to follow your fixed television programs on the smart television with your personal login details, Netflix or Prime Video, or you can watch the sattelite tv which offers a couple of channels covering multiple countries.
Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine, the hoover, mops etc.

It is just at the edge of the sandy Arenal beach and boulevard. It takes about a 5 minute walk to the beach which is perfect for your holiday! The great part is that it is just not in the very buzz and noise that the direct coast line brings with it. Therefore a poerfect location to enjoy peace, sun and beach all together!

It´s all new and lovely styled. It has 2 great private oudoor areas which makes it unique to find a sunny or shay spot throughout the day.
