Located in the vibrant town of Penzance, Sunrise Apartment's excellent seafront location boasts fantastic sea views across to the harbour, Mounts bay and the magical Mount. The home is a short stroll to the harbour and excellent travel links of this lively coastal resort. Many shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs are within a short distance of the property. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home!
The space
This advert is for the apartments two lower floors. (Ground and first floors. The second floor will be locked so we can offer to smaller groups more economically, please see other listing if you wish to rent the full apartment with access to all three bedrooms) Entrance via roof terrace from side alleyway. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor twin. Bathroom with whirlpool spa bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer-dryer, roof terrace, open plan living room with dining table in the bay.

Guests have sole use of the whole property. In this listing The 3rd bedroom will be locked in this particular listing to enable a better price option to be made available in the quieter periods and for smaller families. Other things to note
The apartment has stairs and access to it is by an outside access path which also has steps so please be aware prams would need lifting up a flight of steps and wheelchair access would be problematic.
High chair and travel cot available but please ask in advance if they are required. Sorry but pets are not allowed as our family suffers from pet fur allergies.
Checkout is by 10am at the latest. Late checkout is strictly by advance arrangement only. It is not always possible due to the next guest coming in and housekeeping schedules but we will try to accommodate where we can.
Due to insurance reasons electric bikes and scooters or similar must not be stored or their batteries charged within the property.

We bought the property for our family as we live away and have numerous links with the area so visit frequently whenever we can. Its ideal to hop on the train and get away to this lovely little town at the end of the line!

The spectacular views from the front aspect and Ideal location close to the Southwest Coast path are an Ideal base to explore the area. within easy reach of St. Ives, Hayle, Sennen, Minack Theatre, Marazion, Newlin, Mousehole and the Lizard with all its coves and secluded beaches make Penzance an excellent base for your holiday.

The Apartment is perfectly located on the Sea front a very short walk from the harbour, train and bus stations. The ferry port and town - with all its vibrant shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs are also right there. There are also many lovely coves, beaches, and other fantastic natural wonders nearby. Forget the car, why not leave it behind and take the train? If you do come by car, there are free parking spaces close by but it can sometimes be a little hard to find.
