The Architect's House, 3br villa in Naxos

This villa is the dream house of an architect, who indulged in the project of renovating this old stonehouse with care & and respect and transforming it into a unique get-away.
The villa spreads in 2 levels, while access is via the back part of the property

Inside, the villa exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-plan living & dining area & the modern fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly blend traditional elements with modern comforts. The living area opens up into a spacious veranda, where a charming dining area offers the perfect setting for memorable meals under the Mediterranean sky.
Exposed wooden beams, built in stone oven, thoughtfully selected antique furniture and local handicrafts offer a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. The built- in sofa can accommodate 2 extra guests in the living area

Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor where the 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom are located.
The bright bedroom (with 1 double bed) is decorated with traditional furnishings and offers a balcony overlooking Naxo's landscapes.
Another (smaller bedroom) can accommodate another 2 persons on a double bed (1,40m width).
A 3rd room serves as an office and can accomodate another person on a single bed. Wooden stairs within this room, lead to the mezzanine where the mattress bed is situated. It is ideally meant for teenagers, but not for young children unattended

A spacious, modern bathroom is to be shared on this level, while another bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor

The villa boasts of expansive outdoor spaces throughout the property: spacious veranda, balcony & patios throughout the property, to enjoy the outdoor living any time of the day.

Please be aware that -as in many Cycladic settlements-, there is no car access in the village. Public parking is at the outskirts of Mesi Potamia , it will take 1min walk through narrow streets to reach the property
