- Three spacious and comfortable double bedrooms.

- One bedroom with a single bed.

The apartment was in a good location -10 min walk to colosseum and other landmarks in the city center. Unit was basically as described in the listing. Bedrooms were good although 2 don’t have AC which was fine for our trip in Nov but could be an issue in the summer. The bathrooms were the biggest issue. Both are in need of renovation. The shower in the large bathroom was not draining so could not be used on the first night. Daplace responded to the issue the next day and worked to address it. However there then was a leak in the unit below ours and they had to come into the unit the next two days to try and address the issue for the first floor unit. Both bathrooms need some plumbing upgrades as they are quite old. Checkin and Checkout were very convenient they took care of trash so all we had to do was lock up the apt prior to checkout time. Location made our week in Rome a great time

There was an issue with our original property but the agent switched us to another one without an additional charge. This property was so charming, interesting and in a great location near the Vatican. Everyone in our group loved staying there! Our host, Emilio, was also very charming and accommodating and even escorted us to the new location. All in all a very nice stay in Rome.

We loved the place, it was spacious and supported our needs well for a group of 9 people. The amenities were good and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed the convenient location -- near the train station and many fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The management staff was very responsive and very kind when we asked questions. They also provided great recommendations for food/drink in the area. However, the only downside was that the wifi in the apartment was spotty and only worked in certain rooms at certain times. If wifi is not an issue for you then this is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

Excellent place to stay in Denver. The house was clean and had a nice setup for just hanging out at the house. Great location. Will definitely book again the next time we go to Denver.

Good place to stay

This was a great place to stay to explore Rome. One of the toilets was not always functioning well. We did hear kids at night frequently. This could just be a function of who was staying around us the week we were there. Overall, we had a good experience staying at this place. It is big and met our needs. The only other thing that was something to get used to is the fact that each of the bathrooms has a step down. This was a little easy to forget about. No one fell down the step, but it seemed like a possibility. We put a balloon to remind ourselves not to fall down the step. Besides that, this was a great place to stay.

Great family apartment

This was a great place for my family to stay in Rome. There was a small mix up on arrival with the entry code, but it was resolved within a few minutes (email/phone required) - VERY responsive and helpful! The apartment was big and clean and generally well stocked. The only suggestion would be to include more toilet paper and to include a drying rack for washed clothes. Everything else was plenty good enough for our needs. It was simple but sufficient. The location ended up being great too. One is never sure about location with kids in tow, but this worked out well for us. It is close to a metro stop and within walking distance of the main attractions. Lots of good restaurants and gelaterias nearby and easy access to Roma Termini. It was not cheap, but I think it was good value given the dates, location and space needed for our trip!

Enjoyed our stay, great location

We were a group of 8 staying in this apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our time. The location was absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed the large outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also good sizes. Also, the communication with the owner/management was AMAZING. The were extremely responsive with all my questions. I utilized their arranged pick up from the airport which was simple and easy. The only feedback I have is with the pull out couches and the wifi. 2 people in our group had to sleep on the pull out couch which I would not recommend. It was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. We also had a few members that needed reliable wifi to work, and the wifi would not work well enough for anyone. Overall, a good stay in a great location and we enjoyed our time!
