About this property
Villa in Porto Santo Stefano with 2 bedrooms sleeps 4
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
A house renovated according to the most modern standards of energy saving and low environmental impact, with photovoltaic system and solar panels, equipped with all comforts, modern and elegant, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, an ideal solution for 2-4 guests. The house is air-conditioned and tastefully and simply furnished, equipped with TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and underfloor heating for the colder months.
The highlight of the house is definitely the open-air space with a 180-degree panoramic view of the Grosseto coastline, the island of Giglio, including the island of Elba and on clear days even Corsica, with breathtaking sunsets. The cottage offers everything you need to enjoy a holiday without moving: an above-ground pool, barbecue area with a large table for dining al fresco, and a well-kept, lush garden offering total privacy. The pool area includes a convenient outdoor bathroom with a shower.
A private path leads you to the Strada Panoramica, from where you can reach the nearest beach, Cacciarella.
Convenient private parking for several cars.
The Argentario is famous for its rugged coastline where you can find coves and beaches with crystal-clear turquoise water. They are also of remarkable beauty from a naturalistic point of view. This is why they are part of the Cetacean Sanctuary, established in 1991, as a protected natural marine area of international interest. The two towns on the promontory are Porto Santo Stefano to the north-west and Porto Ercole, of more ancient origins, to the south-east. Porto Santo Stefano faces the northern side of the peninsula and is a picturesque seaside resort. The promenade designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and the harbour, where one encounters the town's true seafaring soul, are very popular. From here you can set off to explore the nearby island of Giglio. There are countless beaches and coves in Argentario: among them is the nearby Giannella beach with fine, clear sand and surrounded by a cobalt blue sea. Beautiful, but not equipped, are Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, perfect for relaxing off the beaten track.
The following might be to be paid extra: Insurance, Tourist tax.
