We stayed 2 nights so did not spend long in the house. There are a few things that need fixing, the outside bin was full so no where to put rubbish. However it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the property comfortable and enjoyed your stay. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the full outside bin and for any issues you encountered that needed fixing.
While we strive to ensure everything is in perfect condition, sometimes things can slip through the cracks. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with more details on the areas that require attention so we can address them promptly.
Thank you again for choosing our property, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience.

Why they chose this property
We chose to live in Morecambe after our trip around the world for it's amazing views across the bay to the lake District fells. The view changes every day and is truly spectacular, especially the sunsets! Morecambe has great transport links so you can be on the M6 in just 6 minutes and into Manchester in an hour, Kendal or Preston in 30 minutes, Blackpool or the Lake district in 40-45 minutes and the beautiful historic city of Lancaster with two universities, one of which is a UK top15 and a global top 50 university, in just 6 minutes. Morecambe has the beautiful happy mount park, and golf club just walking distance along the beautiful promenade from the house. And the Adjacent street has all the amenities you could need including traditional pubs and more contemporary bars, cafes and boutique shops. The people are super friendly in Morecambe, it must be something to do with all that sea air, vast skies and stunning views.
What makes this property unique
It's a home. It was our home until recently. It's location is great since you simply step out and can be on the beach or at the shops in under a minute. You can bring your family, children and dogs and feel completely relaxed in your surroundings. What I really like is the open plan ground floor, you can sit in the bay window in the sitting room and see all the way out to the south facing back yard through the kitchen, so that no one feels isolated. It's a very social space.
