SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Excellent, we would highly recommend the property.

Excellent, we would highly recommend the property. It was with easy walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa itself was perfect and the outside area and pool were excellent.

A great villa and pool and the owner was on hand for any queries we had. Everything so clean and ready for our arrival. The location was ideal for strolls along the promenade overlooking the sea. Less than 5 minutes to a lovely seafront bar and 10 minutes to the local supermarket and restaurants at Faro Park. Overall a fab holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Sonada, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy! Was a lovely start to our first time in Lanzarote. Shops and restaurants easy walking distance, we felt no car was needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sonada. Everything was as described in the promos. Amazingly quiet, day and night.Host Juan was there when we had any question without being intrusive. Definitely would return and recommend it highly.

Villa Sonada met all our requirements. Clean and tidy on arrival with a beautiful pool glimmering enticingly. The area is in a quiet location and a car was welcome to us for getting around and going further afield. The villa was very well equipped and although we mainly had breakfast or lunch you could easily cook a meal if you preferred. Juan the property manager answered any query we had promptly. All in all a lovely, relaxing break for us. The only downside was we only had a week, next time we are booking two.

The villa was in a lovely quiet area with a row of shops/restaurants a 10 minute walk away and the main stretch of Playa Blanca was a 10 minute drive away. The villa was easy to find and the key collection was seamless. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool was cleaned throughout our stay. Juan was lovely and checked in regularly with us via WhatsApp, he even accommodated a late check in which took the stress away of keeping 2 young children busy until our evening flight. Thank you for a lovely family holiday.
