Beautiful property with amazing amenities

Beautiful condo with a great amount of space for our family of 6! Gorgeous view of the Gulf and fantastic outdoor amenities. Love the waterfront pool and hot tubs! Would definitely return for a future trip!

Great Condo!

This was a great condo for my family. So close to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores! Would definitely recommend. Also shout out to the owner for answering my many questions during my booking process!

Can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay! The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. My kids loved the bunk beds and our family enjoyed the double sofas in the living room area for spacious seating. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick. Check in and check out was a very easy process and everything was just as it was listed or described. We enjoyed our time and plan to book again next year! Thanks for allowing us to rent!

Awesome time!

Location was amazing. The view was great, we saw dolphins from our balcony and watched a storm roll in. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. We would love to come back. Thank you for having us!

Nice and homey. Only one easy fix (maybe)

We enjoyed everything about this condo and we also learned somethings while there and upon check out. We ran out of toilet paper and were unaware that we were to bring our own but the receptionist was nice enough to give us a roll. We loaded the dish washer prior to checking out but once again we were unaware that we needed to put the dishes away. They took care of everything for us and told us not to worry about it. Now, the small minor issues was when the wind picked up outside there was a rumble all that night (only one night) the family deck doors whistled and the entry door and master deck doors rumbled so loud that it felt like the house was shaking. I lost some sleep but overall it was a nice stay. I will book again.

Condo had a lot of issues

Our first impression wasn't so good. This condo desperately needs some TLC! We first walked in and it smelled musty and took a couple days to air out. We had several issues broken lamps, flooding tub when showering, shower door slides open while showering, missing toilet paper holder, some ceiling fans didn't work, master bed was so old and we lost sleep two nights and requested a new mattress. Rooms, bathroom and hallway could use paint.

Very noisy place. Thin walls between floors. Many problems with people smoking on the balconies.

It took 45 minutes to check in at the front desk 30 minutes of those was standing in line with just 2 people in front of us. We even had all paperwork done online before arriving and the girl didn’t give us all the papers we were supposed to have so she dropped them outside our door. These papers had my personal info on it for anyone to pick up. So definitely didn’t appreciate that. The rooms were very clean but 2 of the 3 mattresses need to be replaced. Had a nice view from balcony. Had to report several times of smokers on the balcony. Nothing was done from front desk until we meet security in the lobby by accident & he had not been given the messages from desk. We were not only ones that had called either. After 3 days finally got that problem resolved but still had trouble with others smoking throughout the building. The main problem we had was the room above us had contract workers hired to fixed the boardwalks on the property. Which is understandable due to storm damage they were there to do a job but since there is not any sound proofing in between the floors we heard them every morning & night walking around in there workboots to moving chairs around to them peeing in their bathrooms. There was 6 men. They were also some of the smokers that smoke cigarettes & marijuana. Then had to listen to the work noise outside. We definitely could’ve handle the outside noise if we could’ve had a good nights rest. The security officer, maintenance man of the building & housekeepers were very friendly unlike the front desk people. We definitely will not book again nor will we recommend anyone to stay there.

Beautiful

This property is stunning. It has a lot of amenities and the property management company is set up like a hotel to allow for ease when needs arise, even with an office downstairs. The views were stunning and the owner was very accommodating and went out of her way to help us so much. Our stay was during another hurricane and the property management company and owner both made us feel safe and at ease. There are a ton of restaurants nearby and the beach is sugar white sand, my fav. We will def stay again if in the area. We were travelling for business and it was nice to have a few moments enjoying the views and walk the beach. The unit also has all the cooking items and space you need. Thanks again!!

Perfect for our family and friends!

A little run down for me. People are really kind. Sink was leaking but management fix it quick. Bedroom balcony veiw was less desirable.

It is a great place to stay at. Very family oriented.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and relaxing vacation experience. It's right on the beach so no long travels. Everything you need is only a few minutes away. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Plenty of room for all

We had a great stay in this condo in Phoenix I in Orange Beach. If you like heights, this condo was on the 12th floor. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, we had room for everyone. The kids especially loved the bunk beds.

Great last minute Fall Break trip!

My sister and I with our four boys (ages, 3 ,4, 5, and 7) decided to take a last minute trip to Orange Beach and found this condo. It is in an older building, but it has been freshly painted and was clean. The bathrooms are small and sort of dated, but we weren't there to spend time in the bathroom so it did not bother us! The bedrooms are good size- my sister was glad to have bunk beds in her room (plus the queen) for her two young boys so that everyone could have their own spaces but still be close by. The pool was good size (and had a separate, gated kiddie pool) and not overly crowded like some condo complexes where I have stayed. Tina was very responsive to messages. The only problem we had was with the dryer taking 5-6 cycles to dry a load of towels, but the maintenance came and made some adjustments. It still took us 2-3 after that but it was better. I would recommend staying here!
