Casa Gran is located in the in a pedestrian area of Benavites, a small historic village just 6 kms from the beach. The house has been carefully restored preserving its charm while providing modern commodities: air conditioning, wi-fi swimming pool, central heating ...
It comprises two independent spaces sharing a grand entrance hall. The exclusive guest area has 4 bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom with balcony and 3 family rooms (with double and single beds), each room having its own en-suite bathroom. Guests also have a spacious lounge (with pool table and Smart TV 50") and a kitchen-dining room (sits up to 12 people), with large french windows opening onto the patio. Guests can enjoy a shaded area with large table and barbecue and a sunny garden area with swimming pool and garden furniture.
