Situated just minutes from Southampton Common, the property offers excellent access to the city centre (5 min drive), university, hospital, cruise terminal, and the M27 motorway. Guests can also enjoy complimentary on-site laundry facilities and access to a quiet shared garden, making the space ideal for professionals and leisure travellers alike.
