Located in a super convenient location just 2 miles from Manchester City Centre, and very convenient to the university campuses and the hospital, this sumptuous retreat transports you to tranquil, grand and historic surroundings. The suite boasts a four poster super king sized bed, soaring ceilings, dedicated work space and spacious relaxing sofa area. Surrounded by lush greenery, the garden offers a peaceful escape where you can unwind and rejuvenate, leaving the hustle and bustle behind. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature without sacrificing the convenience of city life.

The apartment is a large suite with a huge bed, sofa area, dining table, a TV, and a working space. There is no separate kitchen but light meals can be prepared with a microwave, fridge and crockery, with full tea and coffee facitilites etc supplied. The property contains a newly fitted bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are supplied.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. 24/7 check in via key safe. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Car parking space is available inside the gated grounds.

Other things to note
The room is a self contained unit within with building with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquiry for prices and book at leat 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
