Best patio in the complex. Beautiful view of ocean and sunset towards intercoastal. Enough room to do early morning yoga sessions and watch the sun rise.

Amazing views from this 10th floor penthouse. The balcony has plenty of room to sit/lay in the sun or shade if needed. From there we saw pelicans, dolphins and even The Blue Angels surprised us with a "Beach Buzz" breathtaking! Plenty of available coin operated washing machines and dryers in the designated laundry room. Several places to eat within walking distance . Will definitely return for a longer stay.

We definitely loved the location and views , we had a great time just hanging out on the deck . Would definitely recommend it to anyone, but the bed was tough. We were sore in the mornings . We also thought about sleeping on the pull out couch, but it was 5 times tougher than the bedroom bed . We had a great time with the condo .

We had the best view from the balcony saw dolphins everyday playing in the ocean. The condo was very clean had everything you would need. Parking was great. Easy access to get all our luggage to the condo. The furniture on the balcony was great except for a couple chairs that were questionable but there are plenty of others to use. Would highly recommend is just a fabulous balcony area!!!!!

The view was astounding. Best view we have had at Perdido. Could see ocean and bay. Perfect place to watch the sunset. No washer and dryer in unit but other than that was perfect.

The view was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with the sheets the first night, but the owner quickly responded to resolve the situation. However, the extremely loud construction occurring on our floor just outside our door was just intolerable. Workers were literally drilling through concrete on the other side of our bedroom wall. The first day was constant. It was off and on the remaining days of our stay. There was dust everywhere. The management never contacted us. When we contacted the owner, we were told that we were welcome to leave. One minor issue was the beach chairs and umbrellas set up all along the water cost 45 dollars a day. If you want to be right on the water you need to stake your claim early in the morning before they set up. Lastly, there is a crosswalk in front of the condo entrance. A short path leads from the crosswalk to the parking lot. It is extremely dangerous because it is not well marked in the parking lot. We were told to check out at the desk when our stay was complete, but there was no one at the desk that morning. We rarely saw anyone at the desk.

Penthouse paradise

This property has everything.Indoor pool ,outdoor pool,gym,kitchen and very clean.It is so beautiful with pistachio greenish water clear beach to enjoy!There is a place called jellyfish across the road great food drinks and also the purple parrot down the road and sunset grill.It was perfect and we will return.

Quick stay

Chose this property last minute for a quick trip. We didn’t stay on property much because of our schedule or use the amenities but it was clean, cool and comfortable. It’s always agree to wake up to the view of the gulf!! Description called it a penthouse and it did have a VERY large balcony but would not equate to a “penthouse”. Overall it was a great place for what we needed this trip.

Great views and condo

The condo was great. The complex location was great with grocery stores and restaurants very close. The property was very nice and the 2nd heated pool was very nice on a chilly day. The size of and views from the condo balcony were GREAT! I would highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time and will stay there again.
