This flat features an intimate bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Every nook and cranny is designed for your comfort and enjoyment, ensuring your stay is as relaxing as it is inspiring.
Ideally located, the convenience of free parking and public transport links awaits you. Immerse yourself in the rich culture and gastronomic delights of the surrounding area: the majestic Cathedral of Santa Ana, the Canarian Museum and the historic Casa de Colón are just a short and pleasant stroll away.
In our efforts to ensure a unique and pleasurable experience for all our guests, as well as to preserve the quality and ambience of our property, we have established some essential rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation:
No Smoking: To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets and Parties: In order to maintain peace and order, no pets, parties, or noise disturbing the peace after 23:00 hours.
Maximum Capacity: For comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of the property is 2 persons. Please respect this limit to ensure a pleasant stay for all.
Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, allowing our team to prepare the house to perfection for your arrival. Check-out must be before 11:00 am, in order to properly welcome the next guests.
Property Care: This house is a home full of love and dedication. We ask that you treat every corner with the same respect and care as if it were your own, thus contributing to the preservation of a welcoming and pleasant environment for future guests.
