This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.

Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

Sat right on the edge of Mallard Lake on the Hoburne Cotswold park is this beautifully equipped mobile home within a few minutes walk to the main park entertainment area and lakes.

We are perfectly positioned for easy reach to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The space This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher. TV with DVD player in the lounge and TVs in 2 bedrooms. Music can be streamed using built-in Bluetooth speakers. Table and chairs inside for a cozy family meal. There are 3 bedrooms - one with a King bed and plenty of storage space. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space. Maximum capacity 6 people There is a family shower room as well as a separate toilet and washbasin room. Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking.


IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.

During the development phase the indoor pool and soft play area will not be available.
Hoburne hope to open the outdoor pool in time for Easter 2024 if the weather allows.

The Café will move into the sports bar area during the development.

During the period of the development there will be no charge for guest passes (know as resort fee) if you book through us, which allow access to the food and beverage areas, Fishing and Entertainment.

If you have already booked with us for this period, any resort fee paid will be refunded.

We have secured use of the facilities at Cricklade leisure centre which is just 10 minutes away from the park – no membership is required but bookings should be made 48hours in advance prices can be found here https://www.crickladeleisure.com/prices/

We have also a 10% discount off all pay and play hire at South Cerney Outdoors (Lake 12), this includes Canoes, Paddleboards, Kayaks and katakanus, they open weekdays until April and then will extend into weekends.
