It all started with the desire to build a house dedicated to the reunion of the whole family and friends.
The generous, open spaces, the large windows that make light all house create a warm friendly atmosphere.
The apartment is situated in our vila where we are living ,and the acces is only by stairs.(not suitable for people with healt problems or older )
It has :
Bedrooms-2
1- Lavander bedroom -decorated with lavanda theme.It has a balcony with front garden vila view and street.
2- Romantic bedroom - with an amazing widows over the bed looking the sky.
Living room -
It s an beautifull open space bright and cosy.
One simple extensibe sofa (Ikea)for 2 people.
One set with 2 armchair and one sofa.
Kitchen
An open space together with living in a perfect armony with it.
Kitchen is fully equipen and can be used to prepare light food.
Bathroom-1
A lovely walkin shower . Cleaning and igienic products available.
You have acces on a beautiful shared terrace and a lovely garden at the first level of villa.
Obi our dog is present in our life.
The acces is by ring bell and a person is availabe 24 hours to receive guest.
Despite the fact our propreties is not center ville located(abou 6 km),people choose it for warm atmosphere,for great wellcoming and also for our beautifull terrace and garden.
An amazing sunset can be admired on terrace.
Penny market is quite close to our vila.
Afi Cotroceni Mall about 4 km. far
Parliment abot 4 km far.
Near to the villa is a bus station -117 (15-20min till center town)

As result of our love people, family ,tourism and travel, was born Johanna House, the name taken from Ioana the property's owner.
After graduating from the Academy of Economic Studies I worked in the field of foreign trade and then starting with 1991 with my husband I started our own business.
We met when we were doing a guide school and the passion for tourism and travel brought us together.
We practiced this wonderful occupation for a while but the roads took us to another area.
The years have passed but the passion for travel has not faded.
On the contrary after building the house too big now, the thought of sharing it with those attracted by travelers or simply with those looking for a warm place to relax has sprung up.
And so many beautiful stories and events happened.
Anniversaries, parties, celebrations were shared with guests from all over the world who felt they were part of the family.
