VillaSaints are semi-detached 2 villas that bring a resort-like feel to the holidays and are located in the highly active tourist area of Chania with a walking distance of 250 meters to the golden sandy beach Agii Apostoli, municipal park & cafe tavernas necessary to make your holidays drive free.

The villas are conveniently located in a highly active tourist area with shops, cafes, tavernas, and parks all within walking distance. These villas are perfect for a car-free holiday and are perfect for families traveling together or young adults looking for an easy getaway. The location offers a variety of beaches within walking distance. Also, it is a 15-minute drive to the Old Port of Chania Town City Center. Conveniently located with access to visiting famous parts of Chania such as ?lafonissi, Balos Lagoon, and Falassarna.

The 120 sq.m property spreads over 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.


Indoors


Walking into VillaSaints 2, you are welcomed by the stylish minimalistic design in the open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room area has sliding panel doors for a direct seamless transition between the villa and the outdoor pool area. It also features a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, a coffee table, and a 50" Smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.
A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, which makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless. The kitchen is euro-designed, ample storage space, with full stainless steel appliances, and a high breakfast bar suitable for 2 guests.


The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a pool view. This ensuite bedroom includes a Coco Mat mattress Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. The room also includes a Smart 43" TV, A/C, an open closet area, and a luggage shelf. The ensuite bathroom features a standup shower and direct outdoor access, to the pool area.




Walking up the beautifully designed, spiral staircase, you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed (1,80 x 2,00) with an en-suite bathroom and stand-up shower. An outdoor balcony, which overlooks the breathtaking views of Cretes mountains and natural landscape, is shared with the second bedroom. Also, this room includes a Smart 43 "TV, A/C, an open closet area, and a luggage shelf.


On this floor, you will also find the third bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00). The beds can be set up as 2 single beds (0,90 x 1,80). This room also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a shared balcony. You will find a self-controlled A/C, a 43" TV, a safe, and a cloakroom closet

The exterior of VillaSaints 2 covers 100 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 20 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access.
- The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 sez long chairs, side tables, and a poolside shower
- Eclectic grill BBQ with a kitchenette

VillaSaints 2 is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

Located on the outskirts of Daratso, a short drive to Chania town, and some beautiful golden sandy beaches. Not only are all amenities within walking distance but the villa is also in the perfect location to explore the local area. Chania town is famous for its beautiful architecture and harbor influenced by the Venetian and Turkish periods and needs to be experienced by day and night.
