This unique retreat comfortably sleeps 5+ and features a private garden with a luxurious log-burning hot tub. Perfect for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway with easy access to Beverley and the coast. Enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning stove in this idyllic country setting.
There is plenty of free parking for three or more vehicles and an EV charger is available to use.
We live on the farm and are available should you need any assistance or have questions during your stay. We are happy to offer local recommendations or help arrange special touches for your arrival. However, we fully respect your privacy and will leave you to enjoy your peaceful retreat undisturbed.
The key will be accessed by a key safe. The cottage has an information booklet, with useful information and telephone numbers.
Situated in the edge of Leven Village the cottage is within easy walking distance of pubs, church, village shops, doctors surgery, pharmacy and dentist.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cottage, the private garden with its log-burning hot tub, and a private driveway with ample parking space. Your stay will be completely private and self-contained.

Bedroom 1: Features a luxury double four-poster bed and a sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a private bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2: Features a double four-poster bed and an additional single bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a private bathroom with a shower. An additional downstairs toilet and shower are also available for your convenience.
A short drive from the cottage is the beautiful market town of Beverley, Beverley Racecourse and Hull, City Culture 2017. Enjoy the local historic sites and houses, explore the beautiful East Yorkshire coast, Wolds, or enjoy local walks and cycle routes, before ending the day sat by the wood burner fire with a glass of wine. You will find lots of ideas in our information folder. In summer you can open the patio doors and watch the children play in the large cottage garden!
In the quaint village of Leven you will find pubs, shops and a church. It also benefits from a regular bus service.
Eastfield Farm Cottage is the ideal destination for a romantic, friends or family break. Hampers, flowers etc can be ordered and supplied on request.
Free wifi, ample off road parking. This is ideal for business or pleasure.
The cottage kitchen overlooks the garden, with large farmhouse table and TV. A recent addition of a private log burning hot tub for guests .Note you may bring your own logs or you can buy from us at a small premium. The kitchen has: microwave, electric oven, fridge freezer, washer, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, steamer, cutlery, pans, glasses, cups and utensils. There are also children's plates, cups,dishes and cutlery.
The living room enjoys an open fire and also over looks the garden. Large TV DVD and a selection of family and children's DVDs, games and books.

One well behaved pet is welcome but we must be notified in advance so furniture can be covered, please be aware that we have animals. Although dogs are welcome they do attract a cleaning fee of £35 payable in cash on arrival.
There is a local bus service which runs along Hornsea Road for easy access to Hornsea, Beverley etc Please see the cottage information folder.
The cottage comfortably accommodates 5 adults plus a baby. A sofa bed can sleep two additional guests; please contact us to arrange this, as an extra charge will apply. A travel cot and highchair can be made available upon request. A starter supply of logs for the open fire and hot tub are provided. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase more from us during your stay. We are happy to help arrange special touches like hampers or flowers for your arrival upon request. Free WiFi is included, making this an ideal destination for both leisure and remote work.

Perfect accommodation
From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a good choice. The clean smell, the decor and comfort of the cottage was to a high standard. It felt like a comfortable home notxa holiday let. The views were stunning too. We net our host Helen and her dog Ted who made us welcome. Will definitely book again.

Amazing break just needed
Lovely cottage and spacious for myself wife 3 kids and our dog, the children loved the hot tub, and after relaxing by the fire inside, the home is beautiful and decor is cottage feel, our host helen was always on hand and advised us of places to visit etc. We went to bondville mini village kids loved hornsea beach and filey beach kids and dogs had a lovely break before back to school.. thank you for letting us stay we will be back again thanks jake
