It has a smart TV, is convenient to the sea, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the port, pedestrian and cycle paths, sailing schools. Sardinia is marvellous, the Costa Smeralda is fantastic, the Maddalena Archipelago is its paradise. Bays, inlets, coves, views and more than 300 beaches, White, Gold, Pink. A unique landscape in the world. Some of the most beautiful beaches on the planet are here. Located off the Costa Smeralda, La Maddalena is easy to reach, with a ferry crossing taking around 15/20 minutes.
