Avoid this property at all costs!!
We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was by far the worst!! We've never left a negative review before but we must warn other people not to stay at this rental. Here is a summary of the terrible experience that we had during our stay at this rental:
1) I'm not sure why they charge a cleaning fee - the status of the rental was disgusting when we arrived. After being in the rental for 10 minutes the bottoms of our feet were black from the dirt on the ground.
2) The listing states that this is a private home - this home is anything but private. The windows don't have proper window coverings, but are sheets that are held up with thumb tacks - that don't even cover the whole window so people can see in.
We were sitting in the living room of the rental when the property manager entered the unit WHILE WE WERE THERE! He walked into the kitchen, helped himself to a drink of water then left the unit. No one should be entering the unit when it is rented to others for any reason! To make matters worse all the bedroom doors lock from the outside. So now we were in a rental where the property manager just comes in the unit and would have the ability to lock us in our rooms - this rental is not safe to stay in! At least that is how we felt.
There are not enough characters allowed in this review to explain the rest of the terrible stay but if you are considering this rental do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay!
