Farmhouse with private swimming pool and hydromassage, with 5 separate apartments in two separate houses, for up to 16 persons in 7 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds and 7 bathrooms with shower. Guests will find 5 cooking corners with dining/living area, as well as a large fenced garden, tables and chairs for outdoor meals and a stonework barbecue. The farmhouse also has heating, wifi in one of the ground floor apartments, two baby beds, one high chair and private parking.

Outdoors and Swimming pool
The farmhouse is on a hillside, immersed in nature with a great view of the surrounding hills. The 1000 sq. m. garden is full of cotto vases, flowers, bushes and trees, and is completely enclosed with hedges and fences, and there are also 10 hectares of non-enclosed land where you can go on long walks. The swimming pool is in a panoramic, calm position in front of the farmhouse, and is 5.5 x 18 metres with a depth of 1.4 metres, with a raised section with two hydromassage jets and a waterfall. The pool is surrounded by a paved bathing area with 10 sunbeds, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas, 4 tables and an outdoor living room, as well as an outdoor warm water shower. Guests will also find a ping-pong table, a stonework barbecue, a ground floor loggia with table and chairs and a panoramic terrace on the first floor with tables, chairs and two umbrellas. The entire outdoor area is well-kept. Access to the property via a gate close to the private parking.Interior
The whole farmhouse is about 340 sq. m. and is made up of 5 separate apartments, in two separate buildings that are side by side. It has been restored with care, maintaining a traditional Umbrian style with typical rustic furniture which create a charming, relaxing atmosphere complete with every commodity. The first building, entirely in stone, has four apartments, two of which on the ground floor:
“Apartment 1”: living room with table, sofa, satellite TV, a cooking corner (4 cookers, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka, kettle), two double bedrooms, one of which has outdoor access, and a private bathroom with shower.
“Apartment 2”: living room with table, sofa, satellite TV, a cooking corner (4 cookers, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka, kettle), a double bedroom with outdoor access, a private bathroom with shower and easy access for the disabled, plus a smaller bathroom with shower.
An outdoor stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the first floor and to a small gate which closes off the terrace of the two apartments:
“Apartment 3”: living room with table, sofa, satellite TV, a cooking corner (4 cookers, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka, kettle), a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower.
“Apartment 4”: large living room, table, sofa, satellite TV, ornamental fireplace, a cooking corner (4 cookers, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka, kettle), a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
The second, separate building is next to the first one, with a large living room with two tables suitable for the entire group, 2 working fireplaces, a sofa, satellite TV, a cooking corner (4 cookers, extractor hood, a fridge with freezer, toaster, moka and capsule coffee maker, blender, juicer, kettle), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Outside and close to the main entrance of this apartment, under the loggia, there is a dishwasher that all the guests can use, and in the back, in a separate space, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The farmhouse, in the rolling hills of Acquasparta, in the province of Terni, is a true corner of paradise, surrounded by nature, the perfect mix of rustic and modern elements. The area is completely quiet except for the chirping birds, and you can rediscover the pleasure of relaxing in a charming place, with great views of the surrounding hills, fields, and olive and oak trees. It’s the perfect place to go on relaxing walks, and the area is calm and peaceful. The hamlet is a unique offer, perfect for groups of friends looking to spend their holidays together whilst maintaining their own individual privacy. Particularly suitable for those who love to relax, and nature and sport lovers.

The price included bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity and gas (heating not included), internet, highchair and baby bed. Upon request: hired help, babysitter and cook.

Important information
Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. Small and medium-sized pets are permitted. The house provides access for those with special needs. Internet only in the ground floor apartment with disabled access.

Casale Santomanno is in Acquasparta, considered to be one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, and is close to the source of the Amerino river, with its famous curative mineral water which has been known since ancient times. Among the many typical products we suggest trying the local olive oil, truffles and chestnuts. There are many sites of cultural, natural and archeological importance, and many guided cycling tours are also possible. We suggest visiting Cascata delle Marmore, a rare beauty, created by the Ancient Romans in the 3rd Century B.C., where one can also go rafting in the rapids. The Carsulae archaeological site, close to Terni, features the ruins of a Roman city and is also definitely worth a visit.
