Farmhouse with exclusive swimming pool made of 5 residential units, suitable for 10 people with 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. At guests' disposal a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a sitting room and a service bathroom; outside there is a large fully fenced garden, a stone-made gazebo with wooden table and benches for dining, and a stone-work barbecue. The accommodation is also equipped with ceiling fans, heating, wi-fi internet connection, baby bed, high chair and parking on the property.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is on a hillside and boasts a great view of the surrounding green hills. The house is surrounded by a large (10,000 sq.m.) garden which is very well kept and filled with cotto vases, flowers, bushes and trees. The garden is completely enclosed with bushes and a metal fence. Guests will also find 10 hectares of open fields (not fenced) where they can take walks and admire the organic olive grove which produces extra-virgin olive oil, and a vineyard for making vin santo. Next to the farmhouse in a panoramic position, there is a beautiful stonework gazebo, furnished for outdoor meals with a table and wooden chairs, a stonework barbecue and a cold water sink. Behind the house and slightly higher up there is the inground swimming pool in the lawn, 4 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.4m. The paved bathing area surrounds the pool, with 18 sunbeds, 3 large beach umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot water. The ping-pong table completes the outdoor area, which is all well-kept. The entire farmhouse, made of 5 residential units, is spread over two levels. It has been restored with conservative interventions respecting the traditional Umbrian architecture and is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, resulting in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that ensures every comfort to the guests.
On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to the central body of the farmhouse consisting of a small living room with sofas, a dining room with several tables capable of accommodating the entire group and a wood stove, a very well equipped kitchen with ceiling fan and outdoor access, a service bathroom accessible for the disabled guests and a washing machine.
Compared to the main entrance there are 2 studio apartments on the right side and 1 on the left side with independent access. Adjacent to the entrance, through an internal staircase, we go up to the first floor opening onto a passage area used as a sitting room: from this area you access the other 2 stupio apartments.
Each studio apartment consists of a kitchenette equipped with sink, a small fridge, glasses and cups, a double bedroom (with divisible bed and ceiling fans), private bathroom with shower. Finally, also on the ground floor in a separate wing on the left side of the farmhouse, we find the owner's home (2 people), available for any need and who will take care of the swimming pool cleaning on the days agreed with the guests.

The farmhouse is in a quiet, calm area in the hills in the high part of the Tiber valley, close to Città di Castello, and is just a few kilometres away from sites of historic interest. The property boasts a great view and is the perfect starting point for relaxing walks.
