We love coming to the beach with our family, and have made significant renovations to the house making it more enjoyable. We have owned the house for 14 years and have enjoyed making memories with family and friends, including sharing many meals around the table on the back deck overlooking the beach dunes.
Why Brendan & Beth Glasgow chose Tower Shores
If you like a quiet family beach, then Atlantic Watergate is a wonderful beach vacation in close proximity (50 steps) to a private beach. You have tremendous privacy looking out onto the Delaware state park that is adjacent to our back yard. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can dine either on the back deck or in the dining room.
What makes this Townhome unique
50 steps to a private beach, beautiful views of the ocean and dunes from the back decks, tremendous privacy looking onto the state park and for families with children there is a small playground area 40 yards from the front door.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
