Remodeled 4 Bdrm 3 Ba Townhouse 200 steps from Private Beach!

Tower Shores North Bethany Beach, is a private beach community situated approximately 3 miles north of the town of Bethany and 4 miles south to Dewey Beach. The house is on the Ocean Beach Block, three houses from a pristine, private uncrowded beach which is adjacent to two miles of Natural Delaware Seashore State Park. The house was completely renovated in July 2012 (stainless appliances, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) and consists of two levels, with balconies facing south. The balconies are on the second and third floor. The house has 4 bedrooms able to sleep 10 and 3 full baths (plus a heated outdoor shower with complete privacy). The house comes with wireless internet, cable television (with on demand and premium channels) and DVD player. New flat screen televisions in 2 bedrooms and the living room.
The second floor is the main living area and includes a living room with balcony, large dining room, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a king bedroom with additional TV.
The third floor includes the master bedroom with a King bed and balcony and full bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and day bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds, full bathroom with tub. Parking in car port can accommodate 2 cars.

The house was very comfortable for our group of seven friends (some of them couples). Plenty of common areas for communal eating and playing group games. Proximity to the beach is excellent, and allowed us to make minimal use of our cars.

Spacious, accommodating, very clean and easy parking for two vehicles. Owner was very kind and extremely quick to respond to any questions. Very close to the private beach which was beautiful. If you plan on cooking in the kitchen for more than a couple of guest and using the charcoal grill both could use more utensils. Also, remember to bring your own sheets and towels.

Pleasant stay

I’ve stayed at a number of properties in this neighborhood (Tower Shores) over two decades. This is a solid rental property. Eugene is a very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The location is fantastic and the description is accurate. Some furniture is new, other furniture is clearly showing its age. A good basic rental.

Great Place to Stay... Short walk to the Beach ... Highly Recommend

This was a great place to stay and great location with a short walk to the beach. Family friendly home and very clean. Owner very responsive and super easy to work with from check-in to check-out. Such a convenient location with a private beach to the Tower Shores community and also short drives to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach. Highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay. Eugene was very flexible and let us come in early since we arrived ahead of time. The house was very comfortable and the beds were great. It presented better than the photos. Overall, excellent week for the 4th. We will go again!

Great Week

We enjoyed our week in Tower Shores. The private beach is wonderful and the owners are very gracious. This condo is probably half a block at the most from the ocean and was clean and comfortable. Very close to all the attractions, but far enough away to be truly relaxing.

Great Place

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The house was very nice, clean, and recently renovated. Location was perfect: right next to the beach and diagonal to Matt’s Fish Camp. Don’t need much else. The owners were also great. Definitely recommend.

Great Family Atmosphere

The private beach was a perfect place for our whole family, and was LITERALLY 200 steps from the house! The home layout suited us very well for family time and meals, and the private outdoor shower was a huge bonus. We were just a short drive to Bethany's cute little town center where all our vacation traditions were satisfied. Overall, a great vacation.

Wonderful Weekend

Our family had a wonderful holiday weekend in the beautifully renovated, well maintained rental with great access to the beautiful private Tower Shores beach. The owners were gracious hosts and left nothing to chance. We will definitely be back again.

My dream of owning a beach house finally became a reality. The house is the perfect vacation home for families. It is the ideal getaway that I have always hoped for and I look forward to sharing it with many new and old friends.

Being on the beach block was the one factor that was important to us. Families can go to the beach and have the ability to come home for lunch or nap without having to cross any streets. We take great pride in our beach house. With the new high-end renovations made in 2012, we use the house as much as possible, which means it is well cared for.

The house has been renovated with high-end materials and is not like any other beach house. The house is a stones throw from the private beach and the state park is only two blocks away where you can surf fish, paddle board or surf all day.
