Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Plas Gwyn, a large holiday cottage located just a short walk from Saundersfoot's thriving village, award-winning beach and picturesque harbour. Plas Gwyn is a spacious and unique cottage which has been perfectly designed to accommodate extended families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday together.


This self-catering holiday cottage enters into the spacious hallway with doors leading to all rooms.


Kitchen


Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including electric oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher, table and chairs sitting up to 6 people. Door to the upstairs accommodation.


Lounge/Dining Area


Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 10 people. Smart TV with Freeview. Double doors open out onto the peaceful decked area which overlooks the large, enclosed garden, furnished with table and chairs.


Bedroom 1 and Ensuite


King-size bed and Smart TV with Freeview. Ensuite comprises a shower unit, toilet and washbasin.


Bedroom 2


Two bunk beds (both double with single over - top single bunk is suitable for children only). Smart TV with Freeview.


Bedroom 3


Super-king bed (can be made into 2 singles on request).


Family Bathroom


Enclosed shower unit, toilet and washbasin.


Utility Room


Washing machine and tumble dryer.


Upstairs is accessed through the internal door and staircase.


Games Room


Comfortable seating with pool table and magnetic dart board, perfect for fun family nights in! Smart TV with Freeview. Window looks out towards the village with distant sea views.


Bedroom 4 and Ensuite


Double bed. Distant sea views. Ensuite comprises shower unit, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (double bed with single over - the top single is suitable for children only).

Bedroom 3: Single bed.

Enclosed shower unit, toilet and washbasin.


Outside


The cottage boasts a large raised decked terrace and enclosed garden to the rear, furnished with outdoor table, chairs and one BBQ.

Please note: That stag and hen parties are strictly not permitted at this property. Mixed group and same sex group bookings may be considered by prior application only and are subject to owner's approval and checks.


The cottage further benefits from WiFi, gas central heating throughout and parking for up to 6 cars.


NB: From the end of September 2026, the property will feature a newly refurbished layout with upgraded interiors, enhanced living spaces, and premium finishes throughout. The updated configuration will accommodate up to 13 guests and includes revised bedroom arrangements, a new dedicated living room downstairs, and the removal of the upstairs kitchen appliances (including cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine).
