Compass Bay resort offers two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQ's, two kids' playgrounds, and a great heated swimming pool. This gated community has an ideal location over Poinciana Blvd. just miles away from the major highways such as Osceola Parkway, US 192, 417, SR 535, I-4, and International Drive. Guests are just minutes away from themed parks, bar & restaurants, golf courses, convention centers, natural trails, and shopping malls.

The ground floor features an open-plan which consists of the kitchen, sitting & dining area leads to a private backyard.

The upper floor has four elegantly appointed bedrooms. These rooms are furnished with a KingSize bed for the main suite and second suite, a Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed with trundle in the third bedroom, and two TwinSize beds in the fourth bedroom.

On the hallway of this second floor there is an additional bathroom and the washer/dryer area.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be 21 or older to book with us.
