Estaremos cerrados temporalmente para que el HOA pueda reparar todos los balcones en los edificios E, F y G. Nuestro condominio no se ve afectado, pero toda la propiedad estará cerrada a los huéspedes. Esté atento a nuestra reapertura en otoño de 2019. Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente. Esperamos verlos entonces. Esperamos que aún nos tenga en cuenta para sus necesidades de vacaciones. Somos uno de los pocos que admiten mascotas. Una tarifa baja paga por toda su estadía, así que tráigala.

Best condo we have stayed at there and we have been 5 times.

The attention to detail and having things in the condo were amazing. Our friends stayed at another one above us and were blown away by the details.

Great vacation house with lots of amenties

I loved this property. I thought the location was fantastic- far enough from the hectic areas and quiet enough for relaxation yet close to it all. We loved the pools and the parking was great. All and all my son and I would love to stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

This property had all the comforts of home with a resort like feel. The grounds and pools were incredible and extremely well maintained. The location was amazing....right across the street from the beach.The condo was really clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The view of the ocean was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the internet was amazing as this was a working vacation. The host even ensured that you had cable TV which was a nice bonus.The location is great, very close to groceries and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and not busy.

Far Enough Away from the Crowds

We enjoyed being farther west from the crowds, but we could still walk the Seawall at night which we like to do. And it’s just minutes to drive up the boulevard for restaurants and groceries.

Perfect get away

Stayed for a couple of nights to get way by myself. The condo was decorated nicely and accommodating in every way. The owners instruvtions are very clear . Complex is well maintained. Will stay again!

Cute and Comfortable

Nice condo, and complex is average for location. Nothing is in walking distance but the complex is nice and the pools were well cared for. The apartment was nice and we were comfortable. The complex does allow pets and the dog park was liked by my little Velma. Would stay in this location again.

Great for small family

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental was very cozy and clean. The noise from upstairs was a little crazy but it may not always be that way. The only minor suggestion would be actual twin bedding for the bunk beds. It was ok but frustrating for our daughter with Down syndrome who has some sensory issues and the doubled over larger size sheets didn't stay in place well. Overall a nice little place for a family getaway!

Great for families

We came up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday as a family. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was cute and felt like a home. The balcony was in the perfect spot, overlooking the quieter pool. After a long day of driving it was the perfect place to just relax while I could watch the older kids explore downstairs. The owners have taken such good care to make sure you have everything you need. I’m an over-packer and forgot some things, but they were there waiting for us when we got there. This was the first time I booked with Vrbo or any other rental and I didn’t know what to expect, but it was a great family trip and I’m glad we booked it.

Clean and cozy condo

The pictures of the condo are pretty accurate. It's clean and decorated with beach themed pieces, which cover almost every bit of wall and surface area. The bed is comfortable and we weren't bothered by any noise. The owners leave a convenience selection of common items you may have forgotten to pack. The condo is in the very back of the corner of this older complex, upstairs from the parking lot. There is a daily charge for parking. We never received an email from the owners about how to get in the condo, and had to wait 45 minutes for the managers to return and look it up.

Simply Awesome!!

My background is in hotel management and in my best judgment I can honestly say that this unit is Up! There with the Best! Very nice, clean, secluded, attractive, comfortable and packed with amenities. The host does a very good job communicating, and he seems to have thought about every aspect of our trip as the unit addresses all of our needs, and more. We parked right by the unit; the kids ABSOLUTELY LOVED the separate room with the bunk beds. We enjoyed the pool and the relaxation we were able to get while there. I simply loved the washer/dryer combo in the restroom--what a novel idea! Had all the kids put their clothes in the wash as they showered--it just made life simpler. The property is well-maintained, and the staff are visible providing service and security. Although the property was built in the 60's, this unit is thoroughly renovated to an upscale, contemporary, gorgeous hideaway that far exceed our expectations. We'll definitely be back!

Puke smell, itchy bed, no kitchen light for stove

I wasn’t going to do a review because of me being too nice… but it needs to be told. At arrival condo wreaked like puke, I luckily found one swiffer mopping cloth so I mopped it, smell seemed to dissipate but lingered. When bed time came, we both began itching..yet fell asleep tired from busy day. I woke up itchy and slept on couch. Next day and rest of stay decided to use fold out couch, uncomfortable.. We had to request kitchen light too. Sad that our stay wasn’t more important..cuz these issues shouldn’t have occurred. When I informed owner of condo of issues, no reply.. I hope issues are resolved for future guests. By the way, the basket with possible needed items only had tv remote in it.

There are 3 pools and a spa on this property. The pool directly outside our unit is heated and typically the "quiet" pool. There are 2 larger pools with pool floats, toys and games. Plenty of walking space for your pet as well as a special dog area on the side.

This 1/1 has a King bed, a queen sleeper sofa & a unique twin bunk room. There is also a washer and dryer inside the condo. This comfy condo was newly remodeled in May 2015 & freshly painted in 2017. Several upgrades in 2020 & 2021 & 2022.
