When you are on holiday, you need a place to call home. Apartment Peter at Adler Resort is a lovely one-bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need for your holiday in Kaprun. The open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen have soaring wooden ceilings that evoke Gemutlich Alpine charm. You can relax on your south-facing private balcony, enjoying the panoramic 360º views of the mountains.

The bathroom has a bath/shower, towel heater and hairdryer. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you require to prepare culinary feasts. All you need to do is bring the food. But if you don’t want to cook while you are on holiday, a restaurant is located at Adler Resort. The village also has bakeries, shops, ski and bike rentals, banks, and grocery stores.

Apartment Peter is the ideal location to explore Kaprun and Zell am See. All year long, adventures are waiting to be discovered.

In summer, Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe are a nature lover’s paradise. Enjoy one of the many hiking and biking trails- and stop for lunch at one of the mountain Alms. Lake Zell is perfect for sailing, swimming and water sports. Only a short distance from Apartment Peter, you will discover the Sigmund Thun-Gorge, Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs, Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road.

In the winter, Ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See provide the best pistes in Austria. For beginners, the Lechnerberg slope is only 350m from your front door. The local resorts of Kitzsteinhorn (100% snow guarantee Oct- early summer), Schmittenhöhe and Familienberg Maiskogel offer over 138km of perfectly groomed pistes. In addition, the Ski Circus at Saalbach/Hinterglemm and the Höchkonig Ski Resort at Maria Alm can be reached within 40 minutes by car.

Transport is easy- there is free parking for one car at Apartment Peter. A Bus stop and the free Ski Bus is 50 m from the apartment.

The beautiful villages of Zell am See and Kaprun lie in the Pinzgau region of Salzburgerland, boasting year-round adventures. Mountains, lakes, rivers, and pristine nature are a natural paradise.
The village of Zell am See sits on the beautiful glacier lake Zell (Zeller See) nestled under the Schmittenhöhe Mountain. The traffic-free Altstadt is a lovely spot to spend the day browsing through the shops or eating at one of the lovely restaurants and cafes.
Kaprun sits in the valley of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, surrounded by mountains and lush valleys, and is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The park was established in 1981 and covers a landscape of high mountains, deep valleys and lakes more than 1800 km.
In Summer, Zell am See-Kaprun offer amazing summer activities- leisurely walks, hiking, biking, golfing and water sports- all with a backdrop of a breathtaking panorama.
In Kaprun, The Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn mountains, Sigmund Thun Klamm and The High Alpine Reservoirs provide breathtaking scenery and a multitude of different walks and hikes.
From the summit of Zell am See’s Schmittenhöhe Mountain, you will be amazed at the views down to glistening Lake Zell and up to thirty 3,000m mountains can be seen, including Kitzsteinhorn, Groβglockner and Groβvenediger of the Hohe Tauren Range and to the east the Steinernes Meer.
Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road are only a short journey from Zell am See-Kaprun.
