The property is in a brilliant location with a 5 minute walk into town. We have stayed here twice now and would definitely return again.

An enjoyable stay, on arrival the house was spotlessly clean .
all of the rooms were alot larger than expected, some nice orginal features. on street parking was not an issue, a short'ish walk to local shops and the beach. we thought the nightly rate was very reasonable and very pleased with our stay.

A house which offers home feeling
Very functioning and easy to use house. The bedrooms are in good size and beds are comfortable. Shower water is good. The location is perfect in between of Llandudno and Colwyn bay beach, and with convenient stores on the corner. Parking in front of the house. Just very home like feeling.
Hope the curtains to better black out the light. Waste instructions can be clearer.

Happy Christmas
Great location, local shop and seaside within walking distance. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen with wine cooler. Comfortable lounge. Instructions left for appliances, Dining table and chairs. Upstairs bathroom with toilet and 2nd toilet downstairs very convenient . We had a lovely Christmas in the house.
Only 3 high chairs at kitchen island, could do with 1 extra. Comfortable beds and sofas tho furniture a bit dated.

House exactly like photos.
Really spacious, lots of room for a relaxed stay. Comfy sofas, cushions and blankets. Massive kitchen and really well stocked with crockery and equipment. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely warm sunny conservatory , I could have sat in there all day. Very peaceful. Comfy beds. New carpet. Thick curtains in bedroom which kept out light so we slept well. Short walk to the sea front and shops. And close to fantastic fish and chip shop Fantastic location. Easy to park. Had some issues to start with but hosts were friendly, quick to respond and easy to deal with and issues sorted. Would recommend for a relaxing easy break. Rhos is relaxed and really friendly. All the staff in the coffee shops and restaurants were friendly and polite. Would recommend as a holiday
